Kelvin W. Nanney

Kelvin W. Nanney, CMP, is a member manager of Meeting Possibilities, LLC.
He has worked in the meetings industry for more than 25 years. He has held
management positions in sales and marketing, operations and accounting
for Intercontinental, Hilton, Radisson and independent hotel companies
in California and Florida.
Kelvin earned his CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) designation January
2001 and was recognized as Meeting Professional of the Quarter by MPI
in 2003-2004. Kelvin has an active association management role in Meeting
Professionals International, Northern California Chapter and is the administrator
for International Special Events Society Northern California Chapter.
Kelvin has been an active member in MPI with memberships in Sacramento,
Southern California and North Florida as well as Meeting Professionals
International Northern California (MPINCC) serving on the board of directors
and as chairman on various committees. Other Memberships include the
California Society of Association Executives (CalSAE), the International
Association of Association Management Companies (IAAMC), the Walnut Creek
and San Ramon Chambers of Commerce, the Tri-Valley Convention and Visitors
Bureau and Rotary International.

Diane
Schneiderman, MBA, CMP
Diane Schneiderman is co-founder of Meeting Possibilities,
LLC. She has over 18 years’ experience in the meetings
industry with corporate, association and non-profit clients.
During her eight years in the conference industry, she produced
over 300 nationwide conferences annually.
Diane’s responsibilities have included curriculum design,
staff coordination with top employment law attorneys, writing
content for marketing brochures; recruiting high-level moderators
and speakers, traveling 25% of the year and managing an annual
budget of over $2 million.
Diane has been an active member of the meetings industry professional
association, Meeting Professionals International, for many
years. As a member of the Northern California Chapter (MPINCC),
she has been named a chapter “Power Player” and
was nominated for Meeting Professional of the Quarter in fiscal
year 2003-2004.
Diane has attended three Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) Conclaves,
the annual meeting that shapes the testing program for the industry’s
certification designation, CMP.
Outside of MPI, Diane is a member of the Walnut Creek Chamber
of Commerce Board of Directors. She sits on the John
Muir Women’s Health Center Council; is the immediate
past Membership Chair of the Executive Women’s Golf Association
Northeast Bay Chapter and is part of the team of women business
professionals who produced the first annual East Bay Women’s
Conference presented by the Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce.
